Currently, we deliver in all major towns and cities in India. We will soon start delivering internationally too. We will get back to you with the charges for delivering to your location.

We will ship within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. Once the shipment is made, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment with the courier service.

We sincerely hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from masmara. At masmara, we check every single piece of item for defects/damages before we ship them out. If however you would like to return an item, please do so within 7 days of receipt of the item for an exchange or refund. Please email us if you want to return a product. We will send across a return form, fill the same and send it to us along with the unused item in its original packaging. We will review it and then credit back your bill amount.
